I didnt experience any crashes or lag, although somewhat difficult to be accurate clicking things. Not as good as pc version, overall I was satisfied with the game.

Assuming you can actually get to game play without crashes, it becomes even more frustrating. The one thing that drives me crazy is every time I hit the button for "Inventory", it instead walks me back 99% of the time. And the transitions from location to location is excruciatingly slow. PLEASE, do yourself a favor & save your money. Instead, look for Big Fish Games developed my Ers. They developed the Puppetshow series. In my opinion, THOSE are IAP worthy.

By far one of the most complicated games Ive ever played. There are time where I have to use two walkthrough and a game forum just for certain parts of the game. And another down side is that it takes little while to load to get to a new location. Otherwise really fun game.

I really enjoy the Ravenhurst series, however on this particular game for some reason it wont let me into the top of the lighthouse. :(. Ive tried every thing I can.. solved the puzzle.. Ive even been to the car to cool it off But when I go to the top of the lighthouse steps, the ladder is there, the door is open but I cant get in!! This is very frustrating!!!! Please fix so I can adjust my rating accordingly. :)

Im stuck in two places on this game and cant advance. Objects appear and inch away from where your finger is touching, so its not working.

Game always crashes app support no help

My device meets all requirements to play, yet It crashed so frequently in the beginning sequence I refuse to play any further. I even deleted it and reinstalled it to see if that would help but it did not. I have purchased and played all of big fish games, but this one is just disappointing. Definitely not buying or playing it until it is fixed.

The puzzles were a little complicated. Instructions would have been nice. Had to use the strategy guide more than I like to because there wasnt enough verbiage or diary entries on how to proceed. The worst thing was how sensitive the lower screen was. Even during puzzles, if you tap towards the bottom on an item, it took you out of the puzzle to the previous scene. A back button would solve this problem. As always, i like having a map within the diary That you can preview the place you want to go to and jump to that place by selecting the picture. Otherwise I was very happy with the game. It was creepy and the story was well developed.

I cannot enter the 5-letter code into the Medical Personnel Only, I have the correct code but only the first two letters work. The last three are stuck. This is frustrating as I have come this far to have to delete and reinstall the game???? This is the 3rd and a row that I have purchased from Big Fish here I get stuck and am unable to advance and had to remove the game. NOT HAPPY!!

Loved it until I got to the ladder. No access and cant continue. Please fix!!!!

Im to the end of the hospital level - I just need to press a green button but it wont register. Little white dots blink around he button but if you click on hint the button does not light up with purple like other interactive areas. The valves are set correctly and Ive done everything else. Its very frustrating to get to this point and not be able to continue on with the game! I also second others complaints about trying to click on the inventory button - almost impossible sometimes. Looks like a food game but too difficult to use.

Know where the blue handle is but wont let me collect it! Terribly disturbing plot line and now I cant even finish! Argh!

The first time I played I got stuck in the mothers house. It wouldnt let me out the clipping in the jar but I could put the other items in there no problem. I kept trying and it still wouldnt let me out the clippings in the jar. I reinstalled the game and started over again. When I got to the house I had the same problem. Incredibly frustrating and I feel like Ive wasted my money.

I have bought almost every HO game Big Fish has put out and was so excited to see a new Ravenhurst game. However this game has proved to be a big disappointment. The inventory items are so small that its nearly impossible to use them. I like the fact that the game is challenging, but when I have gone to the strategy guide, I see pictures of what Im supposed to do rather than a written description with accompanying pictures. I often cant even figure out what the pictures are depicting. Also, when I use the hint button it takes me to places Ive already been where there is nothing to do or just keeps moving me back and forth between rooms. Wow, Big Fish. I want my money back....

If you like morphing objects then this game is for you. Unfortunately there is a lot of jumping around with 3-4 secs loading time between each scene-after a while the waiting is tedious.

I would like my money refunded. I didnt like the game. It doesnt access the inventory when you push on it. It just keep going back and forth to different place in the game.

I bought this game and I got half way through and Im trying to get into the room next to the lab with the guy laying on table every time I click on him it loads then the whole game crashes I want my money back or fix it!!!
